Ashlee Simpson and Perez Hilton are involved in some sort of brouhaha after Perez posted some alleged eye-witness accounts of Ashlee and husband Pete Wentz having a war of words so to speak, as the couple were on hand to celebrate the one year anniversary of his Chicago bar, Angels & Kings.
So, the story goes that on Sunday, Perez blogged that Ashlee and Pete were involved in a public spat at the venue on Saturday night, and Perez cited a few people who were supposedly "witnesses" who were on hand when the whole thing went down, even spilling that Ashlee was "completely wasted" when she approached Pete at the DJ booth, a big scene ensued and Ashlee and Pete made their exit, which means that Pete was forced to leave his own party.
Well, Ashlee took to Twitter to fight back against the allegations, blasting Hilton:
"When all you do is make up untrue stories - look in the mirror. Do you even feel human? Karma is a bi*ch. Your story is WAY off."
Not one to let this sort of thing go unnoticed, Hilton rebounded with:
"I don't wanna (sic) name names and get people fired but several of the people I spoke with work at Angels & Kings. I'm not wrong."
To which Ashlee responded:
"WRONG. My husband is an amazing DJ and was dedicating songs to me. We were just havin (sic) fun. Our love is amazing. Get ur (your) own life."
Sources speculate that there may be big trouble brewing between Ashlee and Pete, so much so that some have said Pete is presumably so fed up with Ashlee's partying ways, that he just may be looking for a way out.
