Randy Quaid Arrested for Skipping Out on Hotel Bill

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were arrested in Marfa, Texas on Thursday, after police say the couple skipped out and failed to pay a $10,000 hotel bill in Santa Barbara, California. 

Quaid, 58, who is the brother of actor Dennis Quaid, is a former cast member on Saturday Night Live.  His big screen credits include the National Lampoon Vacation films, Kingpin and Brokeback Mountain.

Agreed - and according to TMZ, the Quaids checked into the hotel with a "bogus credit card, bogus phone numbers and addresses and gave excuse after excuse as they racked up a bill totaling $10,546.96."

It doesn't make any sense. Maybe they thought "Clark" was going to pay for it all. :)

Wonder why "Cousin Eddie" thinks he's above the law? Clearly it wasn't a money issue. I heard that he posted the $40,000 bond to get him and his wife out of jail.
