Former adult-film actress and Blink-182 cover girl Janine Lindemulder says she's ready to fight her ex-husband, television personality Jesse James, for custody of their daughter, Sunny.
James, best known for his work on TV's Motorcycle Mania and Monster Garage, has been married to actress Sandra Bullock since 2005. The couple have alleged Lindemulder is unfit to raise 5 year old daughter Sunny and are seeking full custody of the little girl.
Lindemulder, who served six months in prison last year for tax evasion and has admitted to past drug use, insisted in an interview with TV's Inside Edition that she's now sober and wants her daughter back:
"Sandra, yes, you're a wonderful movie star. But you're too damn cool to sit down and have a conversation in regards to this 5 year old child. Am I such a horrible person that you can't even sit down? That's my gripe."
She also claimed that shortly before she gave birth to Sunny, James told her to move out of his house:
"I was eight months pregnant and I got the notice. He didn't want her to have his last name and said, 'Find her a new daddy.'"
Lindemulder told Inside Edition that James only wanted to play a role in Sunny's life after he married Bullock:
"When Sandra Bullock and Jesse James say you're a bad influence, what do you say? I've got to look inward, and absolutely, there's truth to that. I'm not this squeaky clean June Cleaver...but I am her momâ. I can't buy her a lot of things, but we have a bond. I am the best mom that I know how to be."
