Rumor has it that singer Toni Braxton and her husband of eight years, Keri Lewis, have split.
Togehter the pair have two children, Denim who is seven and Diezel, six.
News of the split, which hails from Essence.com, comes as Braxton faces losing her home after she allegedly defaulted on the mortgage payments. Sources say the singer owes more than $12,500 in back payments on her Century City home, and officials at the Bank of America are looking into foreclosure of the property.
Braxton is also facing a lawsuit from City National Bank, who alledges that she owes them $900,000 in unpaid loan payments.
Braxton has been facing financial difficulties ever since she scrapped a series of Las Vegas concerts in 2008 when she was hospitalized with heart problems.
The singer is currently involved in a legal battle with her insurance company after the firm refused to pay out on the cancelled concerts.
