A lawyer for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie says the celebrity couple is suing a British newspaper for erroneously reporting they broke up.
The film stars have been together for more than five years and have six children.
The News of the World tabloid last month reported Jolie and Pitt, who have never married, had consulted a divorce lawyer about how to divide their assets and custody of their kids.
However, the pair's lawyer, Keith Schillings, told BBC News they have begun legal proceedings against the newspaper for publishing "false and intrusive allegations."

I hope they lose they are losers afterall, what hypocrites, they call for them to dive into their lives and then when they tell what they don't want told they scream we are suing! Please, go away already. Haiti, keep her! And I believe they are doomed as a couple and actors, if that is what you call acting!

They are doing the right thing by suing the newspaper. How can these newspaper play with a person's reputation. An example must be set in this case that they must act responsibly.
