The Knack Singer Doug Fieger Dies

Doug Fieger, best known as the singer on The Knack's hit record My Sharona, has died of cancer in Woodland Hills, Calif., his family said. He was 57.

Fieger's brother, attorney Geoffrey Fieger, told the Detroit News Doug Fieger had been living in Woodland Hills and was being treated for cancer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
