Amanda Seyfried Covers Elle, Red Riding Hood (Photos)

Actress Amanda Seyfried covers the newest issue of Elle, which you'll be able to pick up on March 15.  I've been a huge fan of hers since watching her debut episode on Big Love back in 2006.  Then of course (and in no particular order), there's Alpha Dog, Mean Girls, Mamma Mia, Jennifer's Body, Chloe, Letters to Juliet (just to name of few) and now Red Riding Hood, which hits theaters this Friday, March 11.

In the newest issue of Elle, Amanda dishes on her favorite on-screen kisses, breaking up with boyfriend Dominic Cooper, on being inspired by actress Meryl Streep, and on those rumors of romance with actor Ryan Phillipe, she quips:

"Um, yeah. I’ve been ‘seen’ with him."

Speaking of Red Riding Hood, Amanda hit the red carpet premiere in Hollywood on Monday at Grauman's Chinese Theater.

Heidi Klum Gets Lucky

In the March issue of Lucky mag, not only does mom and model Heidi Klum make the cover, but she dishes the details of fashion, style, shopping and McDonald's. 

She credits her own mother for being her personal inspiration when it comes to style, dishes that if she were trapped on a desert island and her husband Seal was making a visit, she'd sport a pair of Louboutins - and nothing else - and she thinks Barack Obama is one smokin' hot Prez.

Queen Latifah Covers Parade

 

Is there anyone who doesn't like Queen Latifah?  I mean, she's beautiful, smart and funny, as well as hard working, AND she's hosting the People's Choice Awards on January 5th.  Really - what's not to love?

In the January 2 issue of PARADE magazine, this fabulous femme fatale dishes on what her future holds, including her film career and her quest to have kids.  The Queen also gushes on growing up in New Jersey, and even offers up some advice for future royal, Kate Middleton:

“Make sure you have a sanctuary, because everybody in the world is going to be in your business. He happened to be born a prince; you happened to go to college and meet him. You’re two kids who fell in love. I just hope you have a happy life. And don’t take anything personally.”

Lautner on what it felt like to present at the Oscars, with Kristen Stewart:

“I would have passed out if she wasn’t there!” Lautner says. “You’re looking down and you’re talking to George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio—and they’re listening to you!”

...on having to audition a second time for the role of Jacob Black:

“I’m in the gym, and I’m doing reps, and I’m reading the books, and I’m studying the character. I’m just saying to myself, ‘I want this role. I love this role. I’m not gonna lose it. And I’m gonna know it better than anybody, and I’m gonna do that extra rep, because I’m gonna be Jacob Black.’ ”

…on being careful about his rep as a “beefcake”:

“Originally I was supposed to take off my shirt. The script [of Valentine’s Day] said we were walking into school and Willy takes off his shirt. I said, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa. Time out. He’s gonna take off his shirt in the middle of school? No, no, no. The reason I took off my shirt for New Moon is because it’s written in the book that way. And there’s reasons behind it.”

Chely Wright Confirms Gay Rumors

 

Country music singer/songwriter Chely Wright has confirmed she is gay.

People.com recently announced a celebrity planned to come out as homosexual in this week's issue of its magazine.

The announcement sparked much media speculation about who the star would be.

"There had never, ever been a country music artist who had acknowledged his or her homosexuality," Wright, 39, told People. "I wasn't going to be the first."

She went on to say she later experienced a change of heart.

"Nothing in my life has been more magical than the moment I decided to come out," Wright said.

The award-winning musician is to publish her memoir, "Like Me," later this week. She is also to release "Lifted off the Ground," her first album in five years, People.com noted.

Miley calls her 19-year-old Aussie co-star her “first serious boyfriend," but what about Nick Jonas and Justin Gaston? 

“Nick and I were so young. We really did have a genuine love, but it wasn’t like this. We met when I was 12. I didn’t know who I was. I know who I am now and am so content and full of purpose.” As for model Justin Gaston, “He was a good person, so carefree. All I know is that I am so happy right now. I wasn’t last summer after I called it off with Justin and went away to film The Last Song. I cried all the way there. The last thing I was expecting to do was to fall in love. I went there thinking the summer was about me and getting focused on my career. But I guess God was like, ‘Girl, here is this amazing guy.’ ”

Miley says her faith is very important, but:

“I don’t necessarily define my faith by going to church every Sunday. Because now when I go to church, I feel like it’s a show. There are always cameras outside. I am very spiritual in my own way. Let me make it clear, though—I am a Christian. Jesus is who saved me. He’s what keeps me full and whole. But everyone is entitled to what they believe and what keeps them full. Hopefully, I can influence people and help them follow the same path I am on, but it is not my job to tell people what they are doing wrong.”

Robert Pattinson Does DETAILS

 
Actor Robert Pattinson covers this months issue of DETAILS and commands center stage in the magazine's March 10th Anniversary issue.

An interview with screenwriter Jenny Lumet and very steamy photo shoot by famed photographer Norman Jean Roy, make this an issue worth picking up when it hits the streets on February 23. 

Pattinson offered up some rather strange insights into his feelings on the female anatomy:  

"I really hate vaginas.  I’m allergic to vaginas.  But I can’t say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot , so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours...Thank God I was hungover."

Brooklyn Decker is 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model

Smiling in the clear blue water of the Maldives, supermodel Brooklyn Decker sizzles on the cover of the highly-anticipated 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.  

Tabbed "A Perfect 10," Decker is a five-year veteran of SI Swimsuit.

The cover was shot by legendary SI photographer Walter Iooss Jr.

As cover model, Decker joins a legacy of supermodels who have adorned the cover of SI Swimsuit including Kathy Ireland, Cheryl Tiegs, Hiedi Klum, Elle MacPherson, Tyra Banks and Petra Nemcova. Many of these covers were shot by Iooss who, with the addition of this year, has eleven SI Swimsuit covers to his name.  

2009 cover model Bar Refaeli - along with Julie Henderson, Esti Ginzburg, Jessica Gomes, Hilary Rhoda, Damaris Lewis, Jessica White, Cintia Dicker, Irina Shayk, Anne V and Daniella Sarahyba - are also familiar faces who return for the 2010 SI Swimsuit issue.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue To Be Revealed on Letterman

The 2010 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover will make it's big reveal on the Late Show with David Letterman. 

CBS says the latest edition of  issue will be unveiled on the show Monday, February 8, while this year's cover model (still to be announced)  will be interviewed on Letterman Tuesday. 

This marks the third year in a row the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue will make its debut on the talk show.

Last year's cover girl was Bar Rafaeli.
