Actress Valerie Bertinelli, 50, and her longtime boyfriend, financial planner Tom Vitale, 49, really know how to ring in the New Year!
The couple tied the knot on January 1 in an intimate ceremony attended by about 100 guests at their spread in Malibu.
The couple, who met in 2004, have been engaged since March, 2010.
Bertinelli, who once dated Steven Spielberg back in the day, was married to rocker Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007. Together, they have one son, Wolfgang Van Halen, 19.
Valerie Bertinelli can now add fitness DVD host to her resume when Losing It and Keeping Fit! is released next month.
The former One Day at a Time and Touched by an Angel cast member and Jenny Craig spokeswoman recently lost 40 pounds.
The 60-minute workout video goes on sale November 3.
